3. Contribute to Park Culture
- Participate actively in events, build days, crew meetings, and training sessions.

🧭 Accountability and Conduct Expectations
Holmen Dirt Core Crew members are held to a higher standard. All members agree to:
- Uphold this Code at all times, regardless of role or status.
- Speak up when witnessing unsafe, exclusionary, or disrespectful behavior.
- Accept feedback from leadership, fellow crew, and community members constructively.
⚖️ Violation Protocol and Consequences
To preserve trust and integrity within the crew and community, violations of this Code will trigger a clear, respectful, and fair process:

Repeat offenses escalate consequences. A third warning (minor or moderate) within 12 months results in a formal review and potential dismissal from the crew.
